ETH Global and NADEL - Center for Development and Cooperation jointly hold the annual colloquium ?Research for Development (R4D)- Theoretical Approaches and Field Studies? for doctoral students as part of the lectures at the Department of Humanities, Social and Political Sciences (D-GESS).

The colloquium will take place on Friday, 18 May and Friday, 25 May 2018 from 8.30 - 16.00.

 

Doctoral students, whose research is related to development issues, are invited to give a presentation about their on-going work and discuss the fellow students' project. The doctoral project should either contain field work in developing or transition countries, or develop a method or tool with a direct impact for poor people in the South.

Students delivering a presentation will receive one ECTS credit point.
